Pros
Amazing people, invest in their employees, amazing benefits, unlimited PTO, good work life balance. A lot of negative reviews about the CEO but I believe he is misunderstood and has given everything to this company - lives and breathes it. The company has been here before AI was even a recognized in the industry, and they have had to pivot throughout their time a lot to fit the ever changing environment/market of AI. It is amazing technology with some of the smartest minds in the industry. Met a lot of great people throughout my time here. You will learn a lot about the industry, and since it is a smaller company, have a lot of opportunity to work with higher-ups both internally and externally, which is great exposure if you are young in your career.
Cons
Other people may have strong opinions, but I do not have any cons and left just to gain further experience in a new type of market.
