Pros

A.I. has given more opportunities then I would have ever dreamed. Started in 1992 as a CNC Operator and now in 2018, I'm managing our facility in Carrollton, TX. A company that truly strives to accomplish their purpose and live by their values. Continues to grow with technology advances.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, but they have nothing major that comes to mind.

Family clinic, volunteer time off, good to new hires, short term disability, good people in production

Terrible communication. Not equal pay for women / men. Say family oriented, are not. Terrible at decision making. Treat long term employees poorly
