Talented people to work with, good office location, reasonable traveling, good work/life balance, good quality products, strong client base, work from home

Cons

Clueless management, once IBM took over it all started going down, poor management, no leadership, no salary raise/promotions, favoritism. High turnover

Pros

Culture, work environment, benefits. Dynamic marketplace with good business prospects and opportunity to travel. Always looking for good people and smart group of people to work with and for.

Cons

upward mobility, not a lot of roles if you don't want to move. Nothing really bad to say, good place to work.

Pros

Although the company already lost many great people, there is still some solid talent left. Few are lucky to work on interesting projects.

Cons

Absurd IBM bureaucracy, clueless managers. New "processes" imposed by IBM are running the company into the ground. Morale at its lowest. Rampant cynicism. People leaving in drones to go work directly for clients. Algorithmics is done in, much like other IBM acquisitions. A very sad end for once a fantastic company.
