Pros

The individuals are great to work with and really enjoy your time spent with them.

Cons

A position at Allegany ARC can be very challenging in a physical, mental and emotional aspect but certainly has its benefits at the end of the day you have helped individuals who leave with a smile on their face and you truly know you have done something right.
