It is hands down the best training you can ask for. the teamwork is deeply impactful and meaningful the teamwork will shape and change you in the best ways working as a therapist at Alsana will open you to all walks of life and demographics. you will be exposed to all types of humans and different experiences and it will only make you a better clinician. Leadership is incredible and very understanding the work is meaningful and fun

Cons

the job is demanding it will sometimes stretch past your regulare 9-5 hours it requires a lot of you and you will have to rely on supervisors to check your own emotional baggage that comes up at times - not unlike working in any other therapeutic setting
