Diversified projects covering broad aspects of this industry, which helps the employees to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market. A globalized firm with multiple offices locates in Asia, Europe and North America and more opportunities to travel and work in different locations.

Cons

Given the current company size and unique industrial position, working time tends to be longer than a typical 9 am to 5 pm job. Sometimes have to work under pressure of a tight project deadlines
