Pros

If you have a passion for aviation, Alton is a great spot to further that. All of their projects are aviation focused, all of the employees love aviation, it is an aviation hot spot

Cons

Due to the small size of the company, senior leadership politics are intense. From MDs commenting on associates fashion, cologne, lunch, life partner, and other personal aspects to MDs trying to get lower level employees to "snitch" on each other the company can be described in one word, toxic. There is also no HR department or neutral party. It is very much an up or out mentality aka get promoted or get fired. Lots of politics talk over lunch with coworkers and management. Also associates are asked to post positive Glassdoor reviews and there are very few women hired.
