I appreciate working at ABS because of the people and the culture. There is a strong sense of teamwork and a positive environment to share ideas and continuously improve. Cons
ABS is still growing and some things are still a work in progress. Communication between teams isn’t always clear but it's constantly being worked on. Sometimes teams can feel stretched and processes aren’t always consistent or in places yet however this is common in start-up company environments.
