Great working on new Lithium battery designs.

Cons

Very poor mid level management. They are not experienced enough to keep any project on schedule then blame everyone below them for the failure.

benefits are paid for, had company lunches

Cons

People/managers screaming at everyone, unprofessional, over the top cursing, blame-shifting, toxic culture. Plus the CEO is extremely liberal (thanks Detroit), if you're anything other than a far-left Democrat, get ready for being scolded and shamed.
