Pros
The pay is ok, benefits are good. Work life balance is usually ok. Workspace is nice for some, really bad for some.
Cons
Management plays favorites and they're not consistent in enforcing basic policies. This makes the work more difficult for the rest of the team. Employees never know where they stand. There is no positive feedback, it's all negative.
