Pros

Being part of the Anheuser Busch team provided access to vast resources and assets. The role was built as a feeder into the vast AB jobs network.

Cons

In the first year of a sales force in a new business unit, there were definitely some kinks that needed ironed out. The program didn’t feel fully baked at launch.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear you appreciated the support, our iconic brands, and the benefits (including free beer!). At Anheuser-Busch, we’re committed to fostering growth and development, and we recognize that advancement opportunities often involve relocation due to the scale and reach of our operations. While this isn’t the right path for everyone, we’re always working to support our team members in achieving their career goals, wherever their journey with us takes them. Cheers to your time at AB, and we wish you continued success!

Pros

Free beer Flexible schedule Room for advancement only if you kiss up to superiors

Cons

AB loves to lay off people right before the holidays without notice. No severance either. Joke of a company who pretends to value their employees but actually treats them as disposable. Countless teams laid off every single year. Think you’re gonna get promoted one day? Not if you aren’t buddy buddy with the right person you won’t!
