Pros

Nice building and plenty of parking.

Cons

This company is incredibly poorly managed by the absent CEO and the overbearing and domineering CFO, who has been given free reign by the CEO to manage even her more-experienced peers. CFO is know it all, doesn't trust staff to perform basic accounting tasks, does not have basic communication or people skills, is often technically incorrect in their positions, and is highly disliked by employees across every department. As a result, a Controller and 2 Financial Reporting Managers have resigned in less than 8 months. Overall turnover is 38% according to internal HR reports. Do yourself a favor and find another employer but don't say you weren't fairly warned.

Pros

Joe Darling has his work cut out for him, good luck.

Cons

Leaders with extremely poor leadership skills, lack of big picture thinking for most senior level people, awful culture, burnt out employees, unprofessional directors and VPs, and no value given or reward for employee contributions.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to take on projects and responsibility, especially with such a lean staff. Most people are generally friendly and collegial.

Cons

Top-down mgmt approach with controlling and unpredictable senior team. Seems to be high turnover. Not a place where you can test new ideas. Upper mgmt says they want risk-taking, but if there are any mistakes (even unforeseen), you get called out severely.
