      The salary is competitive, the culture is very employee friendly, and they do a lot of events for employee happiness. The health insurance is also top tier.

      Cons

      General bickering is common for small issues similar to a large family. Random expected benefits you would THINK to expect from a great company like this like jury duty pay/maternity leave, are not available.

      Cons

      It's a small company which is great for getting to know other departments and feeling like your role makes a difference, but it can mean growing pains for some when not all departments are staffed enough to handle the increasing amount of business
