Get to work on Beautiful Lake Powell, meet people from all over the world, learn new skills.

Cons

It's in a remote location. seasonal position, not a lot of room to grow and not a lot of employee development/training.

Great Place for a Summer Job, Not the best for long term

Pros

The fun part of working at a marina during the summertime is the discounts you received on watercraft rentals and the floating restaurant. As well as meeting a unique group of people from tourists to coworkers.

Cons

Career growth is little to none. To qualify for benefits you had to be with the company for a long time, essentially salaried.
