This job has been very educational and has helped me gain more skills. I love the customers. They were amazing to work with, and truthfully, so were the majority of employees. They provide a laptop, a monitor, and all the accessories. The benefits are very affordable.

Cons

They have a very high turnover rate. The training program leaves much to be desired. One supervisor in particular was hard and unkind. They are very quick to write you up. It could feel like you were walking on eggshells after just getting on the phone.
