Transparency and open communication with our entire community of team members is part of our every day activities, including regular company-wide update meetings and opportunities to ask questions directly to senior leadership. In a recent engagement survey that was undertaken across the company, our engagement score has been 78% which is an increase of 4% YOY and 4% above the global average. This means that the vast majority of ApplyBoardians are not only happy with their work but also planning to stay with the company long term and recommend ApplyBoard as a great workplace. While this is a very positive trend, we continue to strive to build and foster a welcoming and fun culture for all 1,500 team members. ApplyBoard is proud to be able to offer a strong and competitive compensation package. To ensure that our team members are at or above industry average for total compensation, we have undergone a market salary review across the company by a third party. We subsequently made salary market adjustments for hundreds of our team members after this detailed review, ensuring they remain above the industry average for every role. A similar review will be done in the near future. We have also recently allotted stock options to hundreds of team members around the world to help share in the successes of the overall organization.
