High-growth environment, pay is above market, freedom to work the way you like (create your own processes), leadership is hands-on and really understands the business, great culture, perks in the office like free lunch and snacks

Cons

Remote work is discouraged if you live near HQ (want people in the office 3 days/week)

Rapidly growing company leading room for advancement They will give you opportunity to try new things within your current role Bonus structure is great

Cons

Because they are growing so fast working for them requires the ability to make decisions. If you are not a self starter I could see it feeling chaotic, but if you are interested in proving yourself and are willing to take charge you will be rewarded with opportunity.
