      They take an employee first stance in every day work and benefits. They expect the employees to bring their expertise and perform their role, and do not micro manage

      Cons

      Biggest issue they cant control, as a government contractor a lot of the work is driven by the government.

      I interviewed with Arlo A couple of months ago. There were three interviews in total and I was very impressed with the candor and the folks who I spoke with through the process.
