Pros

currently there aren't any pros to working here. Its on the edge of burning itself down and no one seems to care.

Cons

Management are too busy playing politics and enlarging their egos to care about the regular employees. They lie so much about even tiny things its crazy. Even when caught they double down on the lies and BS. I feel bad for the right out of college kids that think this place is normal. Its far from it and wont last much longer because its such a disaster.
