Pros
I have worked for this company for several years. I have watched my peers get promoted, the company grow and new people eager to either help their family, grow professionally or enjoy benefits such as reduced cost to travel during my time. This is a company with fair practices and believes in giving opportunities to people, especially those who don't come with bells and whistles on their resume. I hold a high school education and they have never looked down on me or stopped me from trying to grow. They also recently added life insurance benefit for all full time employees at employers costs - that requires no medical background!
Cons
Growth to management isn't immediate, so if you are looking to climb the ladder in months, that's unlikely to happen. They have many folks who have stayed a long time and turn over isn't super high, which isn't a con, but a pro- but can be a con for those focused solely on title changes.
