Pros
Great benefits including generous matching for 401k and HSA plans and flexibility in work arrangements, as well as reasonably priced health insurance plans and options. Coworkers are generally very kind and friendly and genuinely fun to work with, and it seems that most people like each other for the most part as evidenced by the frequent social events outside of work. Great opportunities to move around in the company if you are interested in other types of work or have desired skills.
Cons
There can occasionally be disconnect between business units, making it hard to get to know more people if your job does not involve cross-unit work. Some lack of consistency can be seen when it comes to how certain behavior is rewarded/disciplined which can be frustrating. Not all managers are those who moved up in their field/in the company and have direct expertise, so you often end up needing to ask coworkers for support which can make boundaries difficult to maintain.
