Good team. Upper management is absolutely terrible. Drinking is a problem.

Little to NO support from management. It's a miracle the company has been operational as long as it has.

Pros

Very little good about this organization. What was good was the culture however, they've killed that. They eliminated their entire corporate HR team. They eliminated almost their entire marketing team. They eliminated their customer success team. They have zero women in leadership. Promotions and raises are readily handed to males; females need to work twice as hard.

Cons

Leadership lacks alignment, vision, and direction Overall strategy keeps shifting Communication is very poor or nonexistent Company does not even pretend to care about people--especially if not revenue-generating Funding seems to be questionable. Does not pay its vendors. Many accounts go into collections or threaten to sue.
