Pros

AE's have ever-changing qualification, pricing, and sales cycles making it hard to find consistency. BDR team contributes 90% of new business at the org with little to no sales enablement, new tools, or inbound leads.

Cons

Marketing, Sales, and RevOps aren't aligned at all.

All are departing....

Pros

Decent people to work with but most are looking elsewhere. Smart leaders but most have left leaving large gaps in business.

Cons

No growth within the company. Stalled ARR growth and no sign of getting out of that. Churn is out of control and makes it tough to grow as a company and because of this, teams have slimmed down, budgets are non-existent and most that kept it together have departed the business. Writing is on the wall and most have left.
