Pros

Relentless focus on solving customers’ problems drives the priorities at Astera. This brings the team together to ensure flawless execution to meet customer commitments. As a marketer this gives me the confidence to aim high since I know a very capable team is behind me!

Cons

I enjoy the pace, independence, transparent and innovative work environment, but if you are the sort of person that expects validation/approval from peers/managers or lack self-belief then perhaps Astera might not be the right place.

Loaded pantry, huge intern cohort so good events for interns. Daily 5$ allowance for subsidized food.

Cons

Maximum exploitation of interns and making them work like full-timers during the summer, leading them on and saying they would get a return offer. But in fact not giving most an offer especially if they have work ex.
