Pros

- Nice boss. Also got to work with Angular and .NET which is nice.

Cons

- Relatively boring work, they aren't using the most cutting edge technologies and it's relatively repetitive.

Pros

The workload is more than manageable, but still offers challenges to keep you engaged with your work. Because of our cliental, our work has real measurable impact, which is very fulfilling. The management is very nice, although depending on the position, you may not see them very often. For me, work culture is great, but it is because I actually talk to my coworkers.

Cons

None yet, I am very happy. It is a smaller company, so overall salaries are slightly under average, but that is at first. Biannual reviews allow them to invest in their employees over time, which makes up for it. Minimal Payed Holidays
