      The jobs are basic and somewhat easy. The manager's are helpful and hands on. The pay is decent.

      Cons

      You may not see a raise in 5 to 7 years. There is no sick days, and really nowhere to progress up the latter.

      Great atmosphere and and amazing talent within the organization. It’s a collaborate affect, they care about their employees and the direction the company is going in.
