Pros

This is the 4th AEC company I have worked for and I have stayed for a long time. The SF office is run by women and they are a very supportive group. Management is very transparent and approachable.

Cons

A little on the introverted side.

1. Innovative Projects: Engage with cutting-edge sustainable design projects that push the boundaries of environmental impact in the built environment. 2. Collaborative Culture: Work within a team of passionate professionals who are committed to sustainability and share a wealth of knowledge and experience. Even senior leadership is kind and tough- the best kind. 3. Professional Growth: Opportunities for personal and professional development through continuous learning and engagement with complex, meaningful projects. Always felt very supported on continuing education and certifications. 4. Impactful Work: Contributing to projects that have a tangible, positive effect on the environment and communities, aligning with personal values and global sustainability goals.

Cons

1. High Pressure: The commitment to excellence can translate into high-pressure deadlines, especially when working on projects with ambitious sustainability goals. 2. Steep Learning Curve: Newcomers to environmental design or those not fully versed in sustainable practices may find the initial learning curve challenging. 3. Resource Constraints: Like many design firms, projects may sometimes face limitations in terms of budget and resources, requiring innovative solutions under constraints.
