- Great support and communication between all parts of the business - Caring management who takes care of and understands their employees needs, working with them to achieve the best results possible - Clear communication about expectations and needs to ensure consistent reports, whether it be one on one or a group meeting over Microsoft Teams - Consistent support for any tech issues with quick updates and responses from IT - A smaller team to ensure more personable interactions, ensuring you that you're not just a number

Cons

- It is a small team, so obtaining anything beyond contract work is unlikely
