Pros

The team cares about you, from your peer therapists up to leadership/management. Both your mental and physical health matter and it shows through their policies.

Cons

Not so much of a con as it is more of a forewarning, but this job would not be a good fit for you if you are easily overstimulated.

We also appreciate you highlighting the nature of the work. Being transparent about the environment helps ensure the right fit for everyone, and your perspective is valuable for those considering joining the team. And we couldn’t agree more, spirit days are a favorite! It’s always great to see everyone’s personalities shine and to share those lighter moments together.
