Pros

The owner and leadership care deeply about their team and the clients they serve. When you take a chance and improve the work we do you will be rewarded. The team you work with are brilliant and the skill set is virtually limitless.

Cons

There is a pessimistic undercurrent of dissatisfied people who gossip. Avoid them and focus on improving the work that you do. People who lack the skills to initiate good ideas will stagnate.
