They do well to keep both their food and environment clean. The multiple languages spoken there (English, Spanish and Portuguese) do not create a large barrier since most know at least some of the other language. Very friendly people and understanding of each other.
Cons
Long standing hours and rush hours can cause stress to be quick and efficient. Smaller work area (2 people can be starting shoulder to shoulder between line area) and a 8x10 washing and cooking space.
