I have been so supported, encouraged, and cared for as a therapist, employee, and person while working for Aveanna. The work environment is so fun, and positive for therapists and patients alike! The schedulers, and administrative staff are amazing, and so quick to answer questions and assist in any way possible. The supervisors and management team are so supportive and approachable also. I truly feel part of a team, and every team member is working hard to provide the best quality care for our patients!

Cons

Scheduling patients, and completing paperwork can be tricky to navigate at first, but once I figured out a system, it's been smooth sailing ever since.

Nothing. Nothing I can say. I had no issues and LOVED my job. Until 2 weeks before I was “terminated”. My write up and termination didn’t even match!

Cons

They will NOT back you, stand up for you or help you in anyway. They didn’t take my side when others in the offer were committing fraud and doing drugs; I was the one “let go”. Seriously. Please don’t work for this company. They will not have your back if something goes wrong.

Great office staff, great relationships office supplies provided? Sometimes lunch is provided? Not many more pros to include. Thanks bye

Cons

Low salary, long hours (10-12/day mon-fri), more work does not equal more pay, depression, dread of going to work, as the company has gotten bigger and taken on more patients, meaning more day to day work for us, there is no additional compensation to reward you for staying late and sacrificing your personal life and relationships.
