Pros
-Overall the people there are good people. -The crews do quality work for the customers
Cons
- Very old school and slow to change. - Every decision has to run through the top. Once had to give a PP presentation to CEO and multiple department heads on why the company should have an email address for reaching the service department. - Sales commission expectations that were set in the interview process not met. - Micromanagers for bosses. -Little trust within the organization. Definitely a CYA (cover your butt) mentality throughout the company culture.
