Extremely poor to almost no consistent supervision. The programs are very mismanaged. Supervisors go out drinking with their staff with no regards for the importance of boundaries for the staff. Supervisors are poorly trained. The emphasis behind closed doors is all about bringing in the money. The individuals served are not even discussed most of the time.
