      401k match, dental, vision, health and STD insurance. Silk screen and flexo managers are amazing!! PTO can be used at any time

      On your feet the entire shift which can lead to exhaustion when working OT consecutive months

      The office employees are friendly with each other. There are different social events for workers that are nice.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities for high pay. Work can get busy and it's easy to feel overwhelmed with work if the department doesn't keep up with it.
