There are not too many downsides. Management is a bit overworked and hard to get a hold of, but if you are doing your job there are no issues.

Pros

Baxter has some amazing benefits and a great vacation package. While the company is growing, it still feels like a small company and they work hard to make all feel involved even though we work remotely.

Cons

Baxter grows at a fast pace which can sometimes outpace all the work needed to go along with it. They are working on this though.
