Pros
You have the opportunity to learn useful skills such as how to have difficult conversations, business sheets (KPI, R12), recruitment and development, affective communication with Hr, services and other.
Cons
Retail Industry is unstable so people come and go constantly. Pay is really low, after the 6 month program they offer relocation but only give a dollar raise. Work load isn't difficult but it’s hard to maintain sometimes when lots are going on. Ex we have to sit with all supervisors and store managers on Monday to do a business review but truck is on the same day so that takes up most of the day. Doesn’t help when you constantly have to interview new hires, do their onboarding, and then train them because people keep quitting. Company also doesn’t value workers, they pretend like they do. No company parties, no food provided (only if store manager buys), no Christmas party, nothing.
