My experience at Bitly was fantastic even though I got laid off.......

Pros

The people are incredible. Culture is a 10/10. A ton of flexibility and work/life balance. Compensation was strong. Benefits were top notch. A huge effort to communicate with the entire company on a regular basis, which is not the norm.

Cons

At times it felt like a bit of a mean girls club at the C-suite level that the prior CEO didn't address. Way too much managers.
