Blue Mountain really cares about their employees and their needs, both at work and outside of work. I have never been employed in an environment that really believed in their employees having a proper work/home life balance and taking time to avoid burn out. Blue Mountain is a remote first company that believes in work from home and does not pressure local employees to return to the office. Managers, teammates, and other employees are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a real team feel among everyone at Blue Mountain, even if you are not on the same team. Blue Mountain's culture cannot be beat!
