Good benefits, easy work to learn and perform.

Cons

Will test your ethics, will cut your hours and manipulate job tickets (guaranteed hrs turn into not so guaranteed hrs), newer employees have little chance of making a career here - treated more as temp hands with very high turnover rate, post jobs not a place to identify issues and improve but used only to stroke egos of senior personnel.
