Where to start - first, the company is in complete shambles. There are disgruntled employees in every department, the management team is at odds, the CEO is a joke, there is absolutely zero culture, low pay and zero recognition for a job well done.
Employees are overworked and given little direction, but "managers" will be quick to throw insults, scream and place blame if the work is not done to their standards. I've never heard so many employees screamed at - the most disrespectful environment I've ever seen.
The CEO is a walking contradiction, he says one thing to your face then turns around and does something completely different behind your back. He's known as a complete tyrant in the office and the majority of employees are terrified of him and 100% of them do not respect him at all. He's a massive micro-manager and insists on being involved in every single department - even to the detriment of the department.
The business practices are completely archaic - old systems, refuses to upgrade, terrified of "technology", pricing from the 1960's and is not interested in anyone coming in with new and fresh ideas. CEO and some of the management team (who make all the decisions for the rest of the company) are so resistant to change that they are literally running the company into the ground. Its really quite sad to watch.
The office is old, stodgy, lifeless, dark and just down right depressing. People don't even look or talk to each other for fear of being reprimanded. This has contributed to the massive turnover issue as well. 7 people in two months? Thats actually low compared to what it has been.
Do not work here, I repeat DO NOT WORK HERE! You will immediately regret it.
