Great culture and environment! Able to reach out to anyone and they are helpful at finding an answer or guiding you to the right resources. Internal team is also a great resource when thinking through problems, and offering a lot of collaborative solutions. Benefits here are amazing. Company does a great job at creating a company culture regardless of us all being remote.

Cons

Office interactions/relationships are hard to create/maintain (more-so towards remote companies, not specifically Bluleadz)
