Get some skills? A possible good springboard? Overtime, if you like that, but it's not voluntary

Cons

Do not respect your time and are not intentional with projects and tasks. IE; you might sit around doing nothing Mon-Thurs, but Friday afternoon at 1pm, you are likely to be handed a laundry list of things that "have to get done right now" that in reality won't be touched for weeks
