Pros

Family Owned and operated business that has been around 100 years. They have a great reputation in the area for service and sales.

Cons

Insurance is very expensive. There has been a staffing concern for many years and most employees are doing the job of 2 people without additional compensation. There are no annual reviews and there isn't an opportunity to advance yourself or increase your income. There is NO DIVERSITY in this company ie...gender/race/age. Everyone here looks and acts the same, like older white guys.
