      Pros

      Flexible hours during the water season, and the standard 40 hours during the off season

      Cons

      between April and October (water season) there is little to no time off, and the work week is 7 days. but you only work 6 hours a day or so.

      Not much to add here. I used to run a dozer for them and loved running equipment. But my boss at Div 5 was great. Higher management were idiots

      Cons

      As said before higher management were idiots and didn’t appreciate their employees in the slightest. They just wanted to sail thru to retirement.
