Great management, solid bonus structure and salary. Supportive work environment, paid training and certifications, catered food, boot stipends, and lenient time off policy. Great career development opportunities.

Cons

Paychecks are monthly which can be a pain if you are not used to such a schedule.

They have good pay and all the equipment you need to do the job and more. Not a hard job, compared to the shipyard.

Cons

The managers can make an easy job much harder, by messy work politics. Lots of micro-managing and hardly any praise for your hard work.
