Pros
100% remote. Could be nice for some people
Cons
There're always always changes. I understand the upper management wants to be active and engaging in the process changes but the lack of communications seems to off set the efficacy of the "improvements" they want to make. People are overstepping big time and making up lies just to cover their own axxes. especially consultants. Plus there's no diversity at all in the core of the company. Yea they hire subcontractors overseas but the way they treat them are not just. If you decided to save money and hire subcontractors from overseas, you should've expected the language barrier. Instead of trying to be understanding and working with each other, they just kept complaining about their work without even investigating the problem themselves.
