      Faith-based (we believe there is always a way and that it WILL happen through persistence and hard work), supportive and uplifting culture, average benefits, flexible schedule and time off

      Cons

      During times of low industry movement, it can be difficult to maintain an appropriate and sustainable income.

      Pros

      Flexibility, leadership training, opportunity for growth, hybrid work schedules, receptive management, encouraging and uplifting.

      Cons

      Insurance could be better, very expensive if you are providing for a family. Private insurance options are often better, so not a deal breaker at all.
