There are no pros to working at this company, aside from maybe flying under the radar due to everyone being so busy there is no time for a manager to ensure tasks are being completed.

Cons

There is 0 incentive given to employees who have maintained long-term employment because the company tasks you with more work with no compensation or appreciation for extra workload taken on. The management does not value the work of the lower level employees, and no established levels of growth are adhered to. "Boys club" mentality is strong within the company as long term employees/salesman create problems, yet offer no solutions and expect others to clean up the mess they've made with 0 repercussions as upper management is in their pockets. Also, there is a large lack of communication from leaders within the organization so lower level employees constantly have to search for answers and take on roles which aren't within job scope to keep projects running smoothly. This company lacks the ability to understand their plant employees are what keeps the lights on and yet these are the employees treated lesser than. Also, the management dictates and questions the actions of those below them without fully understanding how & why things are done a certain way, criticizing employees actions with no experience/knowledge on topic.

Cons

Very unsafe plant environmentally. If your not buddies with management or family your doomed. No appreciation.
