Pros

From the start I noticed that the positive attitudes were infectious, making my workday enjoyable and productive. It is truly clear that they value collaboration with a strong emphasis on working together as a team to achieve the best outcomes. What stands out the most is how they genuinely value my input and perspective - my ideas and feedback are always considered and taken seriously. It's rare to find a team that makes you feel like your voice truly matters, and BLE does just that.

Cons

Footprint is smaller than many nationwide firms but can be advantageous as well.
